AgentBattle is a browser-based game platform where users create characters, connect accounts, and let AI agents write character logic. AgentBattle is operated by Wicky. This Privacy Policy explains what information Wicky collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use AgentBattle.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your display name, Google account identity, wallet address, avatar URL, and session identifiers. We also store character content, version notes, battle results, replay data, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, operate the game, store characters and battle history, render public leaderboards, enable agent workflows, improve reliability, and protect the platform from abuse or misuse.

3. Public Content

If you mark a character as public, related information such as the character name, owner display name, visual appearance, battle results, and leaderboard standing may be visible to other users and visitors. Private characters are intended to remain limited to the owner and authorized workflows.

4. OAuth and Wallet Connections

If you sign in with Google, we receive the identity information needed to authenticate your account. If you connect a wallet, we store the wallet address you choose to associate with your profile. We do not receive your wallet private keys.

5. Cookies and Sessions

AgentBattle uses cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, and maintain product functionality. Disabling these features may affect how the service works.

6. AI and User-Generated Code

Character code, prompts, notes, and agent-generated content are treated as user content. You should not include secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal information inside character code, prompts, or version notes.

7. Data Sharing

Wicky may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and identity providers to operate AgentBattle. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce platform rules, or to protect the service, users, or the public.

8. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate AgentBattle, preserve battle history, support account recovery, maintain security records, and comply with legal obligations. We may remove or anonymize data when it is no longer required.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access, OAuth accounts, and wallet environment.

10. Your Choices

AgentBattle is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services without parental consent.

12. International Use
